Error: Entered membership details are not valid?

  1. Please check your membership ID and email address are correctly entered.
  2. Membership ID format is M* (Without any special character/space), e.g. M001234
  3. Please enter email address by which you have registered with us.

Error: Price calculations are wrong?

  • Usually there are no specific problem with the calculation of the amount. Surcharge tax (transaction fee applied by PayPal) is already added into the final amount.
  • Please check if you have entered correct number of people and if applicable have selected extra coupons.
  • Please check the number of adults you have selected. If its more than that of the membership then non-member price will be applied to the additional adults.
  • Final price calculation includes transaction fee applied by PayPal. This might be the reason for the mismatch between sum of ticket price and calculated price.

Still if you feel there is a problem with the amount calculation, please fill the “Service request” form mentioned on the registration form.

Error: Registration confirmation email not received?

Answer: Here are several steps to troubleshoot:

  • Check your spam/junk folder: Sometimes, automated emails end up here.
  • Wait a little longer: Emails can sometimes be delayed. Give it 15-30 minutes before taking further steps.
  • Verify your email address: Double-check you entered your email address correctly during registration. A single typo can cause issues.
  • Service request: If the previous steps fail, reach out to us by filling up the “Service request” form mentioned on the registration form. We can check the status of your registration and resend the email if necessary. Also you will get an email one day prior to the event.

Additional Tips:

  • If you use a company or organization email, check if their servers have any filters that might be blocking the confirmation message.
  • Add the website/service’s email address to your contact list or whitelist to prevent future issues.

Error: Paypal have deducted amount twice?

There are a few reasons this might happen and some simple steps to resolve the issue:

  • Accidental Double Click: If you clicked the payment button multiple times, it might register as separate transactions.
  • Pending Authorization: Sometimes a temporary hold (authorization) appears alongside the actual charge; this should drop off automatically in a few days.
  • Technical Error: In rare cases, a technical error could lead to a double charge

Troubleshooting:

  1. Check Your Account Activity: Carefully examine your PayPal activity log to confirm that both charges are marked as “Completed” and not just pending.
  2. Contact us: Reach out to us. We might have received two payments and can issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
  3. Service request: It is not that common however can happen sometime. You will be refunded by PayPal directly in your account within 3-4 days. Please be patient and keep checking your PayPal account. If you do not receive your refund after a week, please fill up the “Service request” form mentioned on the registration form. How to find PayPal’s Resolution Center:

  1. Log into your PayPal account
  2. Click on “Help” or “Contact Us”
  3. Select “Resolution Center”
  4. Follow the instructions to open a dispute

Important Note: If you see duplicate charges directly on your bank or credit card statement, contact your financial institution as well.

What is the registration cancellation and refund policy?

  • No, unfortunately all registrations are final. We have a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy in place.
  • In case of an event cancellation, we will communicate personally to you.

Is event registration is transferable?

NO.

Event registration is non transferable. In case of unavoidable situation please fill up the “Service request” form mentioned on the registration form. Also send us an email on our official email ID mm.munich@yahoo.com.

Special food request? (e.g. Special meal availability Gluten / Less Carb / Less sweet)

  1. In an event we generally consider the food which will be accepted by majority of the people.
  2. Serving food with the individual constraint is not feasible to anyone with looking at the number of the people.
  3. We usually disclose all the food item much prior to the event, so you should consider taking care of your concerns about the food and choices.

Is there accessible parking? Are there wheelchair-accessible entrances and facilities?

  1. Generally we try to book an event venue with ample of parking place and accessible. However, we would suggest you to check the venue details carefully on a google.
  2. If you can’t find an answer to this, please fill the “Service request” form mentioned on the registration form.

What items are prohibited at the event?

  • Weapons of any kind: Firearms, knives (beyond pocket-sized utility knives), pepper spray, or any object that could be used as a weapon.
  • Explosives and flammables: Fireworks, flares, lighter fluid, gasoline, or any flammable substances.
  • Illegal substances: Narcotics, or other controlled substances not prescribed by a doctor.
  • Outside food and beverages: Many events restrict bringing outside food and drinks to control what is consumed on-site.
  • Large bags or backpacks: To streamline security and optimize space, limit bag sizes. You could specify a maximum size.
  • Professional recording equipment: Video cameras, tripods, and audio recorders are often prohibited unless you have press credentials or prior approval.
  • Drones: Without specific permission, drones are usually not allowed due to safety and privacy concerns.
  • Items that can be thrown: Hard balls, frisbees, etc., present safety hazards in a crowd.
  • Laser pointers: These can be distracting and potentially harmful.
  • Noisemakers: Airhorns, whistles, etc., as these can be disruptive.
  • Animals: Only service animals with proper documentation are typically permitted.

  • Chairs or blankets (if seating is provided)

Can we get specific seats (in case of concerts)?

Unfortunately, you usually cannot select specific seats for every type of event.

Can we come to the event without registration?

No, registration is a mandatory requirement for attending the event. This helps us with the following:

  • Planning and logistics: We need accurate attendance numbers for catering, seating arrangements, and materials.
  • Security: Registration allows us to verify attendees and manage access.
  • Communication: We can send important updates, reminders, and post-event information if you’ve registered.
